Bring the family!
Bring a chair and relax under the trees in the heart of downtown Prescott. Prescott weather is perfect for all kinds of outdoor entertainment. The Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza features live music every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday night all summer long. There is room for the whole family and several genres of music to enjoy.

  • Join us on Tuesdays for Jazz on the Square and savor an evening of creative and classy jazz, swing and blues tunes.

  • On Thursday evenings enjoy the competition at Prescott Sings! (formerly Prescott Idol) where everyone has a chance to shine and local stars are ready to be discovered!

  • Friday evenings feature various local artists bringing you Rock 'n' Roll, Country, Blues, Latino music and more. Come to listen, dance, or sing along.

  • If outdoor music is not your cup of tea, you can grab a movie on the big screen Wednesday evenings at the Elks Theatre for a cash donation.

Granite Dells Prescott is a mile-high city, boasting scenic areas of pine forests, lakes, hills, and interesting rock formations. Granite Dells, just north of Prescott, is perhaps one of the most unique areas, with its lumpy, pink boulders that seem to rise out of the Watson Lake and Willow Lake areas. Peavine Trail winds through the area, named because its shape is that of a pea vine. Granite Mountain Just a short distance to the west, Granite Mountain stands at 7,628 feet and covers approximately 12 square miles. Granite Mountain has a cliff that is known to be one of the best rock climbing locations in the state of Arizona.
